Emanuel Medical Center Pharmacy

The Pharmacy Department is dedicated to ensuring the safe and effective management of medications and IV fluids prescribed by your physician. Our team of registered pharmacists and technicians meticulously maintain individual medication records and engage in regular consultations with physicians and other members of the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient care. In addition to medication dispensing, we offer other specialized services including but not limited to vancomycin dosing, preparation of outpatient infusions, and retail prescription services for hospital employees and their families. Our commitment to excellence in pharmaceutical care supports the health and well-being of our patients throughout their treatment journey.

When a registered pharmacist is not physically on site (i.e., after pharmacy hours or on weekends), medication orders are still verified by a remote registered pharmacist prior to patient administration to ensure our patient's safety remains a top priority.
